The Central Pollution Control Board, (CPCB) on April 16, 2024, issued Guidance Document for Edit Sales Data Functionality, Updating of Authorization Person Details and Unblocking of User Accounts.
The following has been stated-
•This document applies to all producers who are currently registered on the portal and have received their Registration Certificate from CPCB but have not yet filed their Annual Returns. Producers are required to submit edited applications along with any necessary information and documents, as outlined in the subsequent sections of this document.
•The "Update Authorized Person Details" option will be available to all registered producers and recyclers on the EPR Portal for Battery Waste Management.
•Guidance for Edit Sales Data Functionality is mentioned step by step in the document.
•The user is required to send email to [email protected] through their registered email ID on the EPR Portal regarding unblocking of the account.
•The user is required to attach a letter on the company’s letterhead duly signed by the Authorized Person and Company’s ID card copy, requesting CPCB to unblock the account.
•Once the unblocking request is processed by CPCB, the user will be intimated through an official email from CPCB.
