Industry Specific Compliance The Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Bihar on May 29, 2024, issued a Corrigendum regarding the revised fees for obtaining certified copies of various documents.

The following amendment has been stated:

• For obtaining certified copies of documents:

o For the first five pages - Rs. 200/-

o For every page after the first five pages - Rs. 40/-

o For filing written statement - Rs. 400/-

This notification will come into force from May 29, 2024.
