The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on May 30, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Internal Audit of Trading Members - Extension of timeline for submission.
This is in reference to Exchange Circular No. NSE/INSP/61585 dated April 12, 2024, regarding the "Internal Audit of Trading Members." Members were initially advised to submit their internal audit report for the half-year ending March 31, 2024, by May 31, 2024.
Following representations from member associations, the Exchanges, in consultation with SEBI, have decided to extend the deadline for submitting the Internal Audit Report for the half-year ending March 31, 2024, to June 30, 2024.
All members are advised to ensure the submission of the aforementioned internal audit report by June 30, 2024.
