The National Stock Exchange (NSE) Clearing Limited on May 30, 2024, notified regarding the submission of half yearly Internal Audit Report by Clearing Members for the half-year ended March 31, 2024 - Extension of timeline.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It is in reference to the circulars issued by the Exchanges: NCL/CMPL/61288 dated March 22, 2024, NCL/CMPL/61662 dated April 22, 2024, and NCL/CMPL/62004 dated May 14, 2024, requiring Clearing Members to carry out and complete the Internal Audit for the half-year ended March 31, 2024, by May 31, 2024.
• NCL has extended the due date for submission of the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2024, by Clearing Members to NCL. Accordingly, the due date is being extended from May 31, 2024, to June 30, 2024.
