The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on May 30, 2024, issued the Clarification of Para 4.17 of Hand Book of Procedures -2023.
The following has been stated:
• It has been clarified that in the interest of export promotion and to promote ease of doing business, in all cases where Norm's Committee decision was taken before April 01, 2023, the AA holder, who wishes for a review, may file their review application till December 31, 2024. No such review will be entertained beyond this date.
• It has further stated that in other cases, the timeline defined under Para 4.17 of Hand Book of Procedures - 2023, will prevail.
