Commercial Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on May 31, 2024, notified regarding the clarification in para 4.17 of Handbook of Procedures, 2023.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It is in reference to Policy Circular No. 03/2024 dated May 30, 2024, it is stated that review shall be applicable only for cases where Advance Authorization was issued on or after April 01, 2019, and the NC had already taken no review decision.
