Industry Specific Compliance The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) on June 03, 2024, issued a notification regarding the extension of the last date for filing the Annual Return for FY 2023-24.

The following has been stated: -

• As the Food Safety Compliance System portal has encountered load issues due to heavy user traffic, some users may have faced issues in submitting their Annual Return by the last date i.e. May 31, 2024. Accordingly, the last date for submission of the Annual Return has been extended to June 30, 2024.
