Commercial Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on June 03, 2024, notified regarding the amendment in the item description of 'Glufosinate technical' covered under HS Code 38089390 of Chapter 38 of Schedule - I (Import Policy) of ITC (HS) 2022.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that the item 'Glufosinate Technical and its salts' under ITC HS Code 38089390 shall be prohibited for import, and if the CIF value is Rs. 1289/- or above per kg the import shall be free.
