The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) on June 03, 2024, issued a notification regarding the grant of recognition to the Clearing Corporation.
The following has been stated: -
•In the interest of the securities market and also in the public interest recognition was granted to the Clearing Corporation for one year, commencing from May 29, 2024, to May 28, 2025, in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions stated below or as may be prescribed or imposed hereafter.
•The Clearing Corporation shall comply with conditions as specified by IFSCA from time to time.
