The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on June 04, 2024, notified the Textiles—High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) /Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging Fertilizers (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the Textiles—High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) /Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging Fertilizers (Quality Control) Order, 2023.
The following has been stated-
•In the Textiles—High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) /Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging Fertilizers (Quality Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: — “(2) It shall come into force on the 06th day of September 2024”.
