Secretarial ComplianceThe Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) on June 04, 2024, issued a notification regarding the standardization of CC to Member Interface files in Unified Distilled File Formats (UDiFF).

The following has been stated: -

•As mentioned in the UDiFF guidance document, ICCL shall split the Trade file downloaded to members if the count of records is more than 1 crore including the header record on that trading day.

•Splitting facility shall be applicable to all members and shall not be a member-specific facility. Kindly refer Annexure for the detailed mechanism of splitting, the nomenclature of the split file & sample trigger file given below.

•It is proposed to make changes live from Monday, July 08, 2024 end of the day in Equity, Equity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives & Commodity Derivatives.

•Standardized and UDiFF formats will be discontinued w.e.f June 21, 2024, in adherence to the SEBI directive.
