The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on June 04, 2024, issued the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP)/High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Laminated Woven Sacks for Mail Sorting, Storage, Transport and Distribution (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP)/High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Laminated Woven Sacks for Mail Sorting, Storage, Transport and Distribution (Quality Control) Order, 2023.
The following amendments have been stated:
• In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 06th day of September 2024”
