The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on June 04, 2024, issued the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP) Woven, Laminated, Block Bottom Valve Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP) Woven, Laminated, Block Bottom Valve Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Order, 2023.
The following amendment has been stated:
• In paragraph 1, which states “Short title and commencement”, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:
o “(2) It shall come into force on September 06, 2024”.
This notification will come into force from June 04, 2024.
