The Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC) on March 04, 2024, issued the Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Renewable Energy Tariff) Regulations, 2024, (1st Amendment) Regulations, 2024, to further amend the Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Renewable Energy Tariff) Regulations, 2024.
This shall come into force on May 16, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• In Regulation 2.1 clause (xxxii)(b) shall be substituted as – “Useful Life” in relation to a unit of a generating station including the evacuation system shall mean the following duration from the date of commercial operation (COD) of such generation facility, namely: - (b) Small Hydro Plant 35 years shall be read as small Hydro Plant 40 years”.
