The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on June 04, 2024, issued the Textiles—High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) /Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging Fertilizers (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Textiles—High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) /Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging Fertilizers (Quality Control) Order, 2023.
This shall come into force on June 04, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that in the Textiles — High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)/ Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted:
o “(2) It shall come into force on the 06th day of September, 2024”.
