EHS ComplianceThe Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on June 06, 2024, issued the Special Economic Zones (Third Amendment) Rules, 2024, to further amend the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006.

This shall come into force on June 06, 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In rule 29A, the word "aircraft", wherever it occurs, shall be substituted with the words "aircraft or aircraft engine".
