The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on June 06, 2024, issued a notification regarding the submission of the Annual System Audit Report.
The following has been stated: -
•Annual System Audit Report (Cyber Security Annual Report) is submitted Annually in online mode and for a user manual, refer to Annexures II and III given below.
•The due date for submission is within three months of the end of the financial year. i.e. by June 30, 2024.
•Action Taken Report (ATR) Submission (if applicable) is done within three months from the date of submission i.e. September 30, 2024.
