The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on June 05, 2024, notified regarding the fixation of ceiling prices for scheduled formulations under Revised Schedule I (NLEM 2022) of DPCO, 2013 notified vide S.O. No. 5249(E) dated November 11, 2022.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that all the concerned manufacturers and marketing companies shall furnish the data regarding Price to Retailer (PTR) and Moving Annual Turnover (MAT) in value terms for October 2023, in the format given in Table No. 1.
• It states that the information shall be furnished positively by June 15, 2024, in respect of formulations mentioned in Annexure - I, for enabling NPPA to take appropriate action for fixation of ceiling prices according to the issue of Revised Schedule - I of DPCO, 2013.
