The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on June 05, 2024, notified regarding the Fixation of Ceiling Price of I.V. Fluids under Revised Schedule-l (NLEM 2022) of DPCO, 2013 notified vide S.O. No. 5249(E) dated November 11, 2022.
It is stated that all the concerned manufacturers/marketing companies are hereby requested to furnish data in respect of Price to Retailer (PTR) and Moving Annual Turnover (MAT) in value terms for October 2023 in the format in Table 1 along with the Form II/ Form V as well as licenses showing clearly the pack size, type of packaging, etc. The information may be furnished positively within 10 days from the issue of this O.M. in respect of formulations mentioned in Table 2 to enable NPPA to take appropriate action based on the available data. The companies are also requested to send a sample of their products to NPPA for verification.
