The Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board on June 07, 2024, issued a notification to revise the employees and employers contribution rates from June 2024.
All establishments (factories, shops and establishments, trade associations, hotels, restaurant banks, hospitals, societies, corporations, etc.) falling within the scope of the Maharashtra Lab Welfare Fund Act, 1953 are informed that the sec 6BB(2) of the Act is amended by Maharashtra Act dated March 18, 2024.
All establishments shall take note that as per the aforesaid amendment, now it is mandatory to pay employees and employers contributions through the online facility at public.mlwb.in starting June 2024.
