The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on June 07, 2024, issued a circular regarding the Membership Compliance – Revision/Updates to the New Membership/Ongoing Membership Compliances.
The members are hereby informed to take note of the following Revision/Updates to the New Membership/Ongoing Membership Compliances:
• Initial Membership Security Deposits with New Membership Applications.
• Change in the deposit requirement for Self-Clearing Members in the Capital Market Segment.
• Prior approval for change in Designated Directors/ Non-designated Directors for Banks and Primary Dealers.
ANNEXURE A specifies the Format of letter by applicant for submission of FDR to Clearing Corporation.
ANNEXURE B specifies the Format of the letter to be provided by the Bank issuing physical FDR to the Clearing Corporation.
