The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on June 05, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Corrigendum regarding mandatory documents for the category "Permission of site shifting".
The following has been stated namely: -
• Reference is invited to SARAS Manual 5.0 regarding inviting applications under session 2025-26.
• The heading which states: -
"1.8 The Existing schools i.e. schools affiliated with the Board applying for Upgradation, Restoration of affiliation and permission for Site Shifting should submit the following mandatory documents:-
10. Permission of site shifting from the District Education Officer of the respective District. (In case of "Permission of site shifting")........."
Shall now be read as namely: -
"1.8 The Existing schools i.e. schools affiliated with the Board applying for Upgradation, Restoration of affiliation and permission for Site Shifting should submit the following mandatory documents:-
10. Permission of site shifting from the concerned State/UTs Education Department. (In case of "Permission of site shifting")........."
