The Government of Gujarat on June 06, 2024, issued the Professional Diploma Courses of Engineering and Technology (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) (Amendment) Rules, 2024, to further amend the Professional Diploma Courses of Engineering and Technology (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2020.
The following amendments have been stated:
• In rule 5, in para A, under the heading "Government Seats", in sub-rule (2) shall be deleted.
• The Rule 13 shall be deleted.
• In rule 17, clause (x) shall be deleted.
This notification will come into force from June 06, 2024.
