The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd (MCX) on June 07, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Revision of Encryption/Decryption of Interactive Messages.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Exchange will be going live with Enhanced Trading Interface (ETI) API Encryption/Decryption for interactive messages in Trading Interface with effect from June 10, 2024. Exchange will run both encrypted and non-encrypted message traffic tentatively till June 28, 2024. Thereafter the exchange will allow only login with encrypted interactive messages.
• Trading Members may also note that the new version of MCX Trade Station (MTS) and Member Control Station (MCS) with encryption has been planned to go live with effect from June 17, 2024.
• Post MOCK of June 08, 2024 Members are requested to uninstall the encrypted version of MCS & MTS and Install the Live version of MCS & MTS from SFTP Common/CDPLiveSetup and verify the connectivity during the re-login session.
