The Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCX) on June 04, 2024, issued a circular regarding MCX Reference Data Scrip File DPL Change.
The following has been stated: -
•In continuation to Exchange circular no. MCX/CTCL/078/2024 dated February 08, 2024, MCX/CTCL/252/2024 dated April 24, 2024, MCX/CTCL/319/2024 May 16, 2024, and MCX/CTCL/341/2024 May 24, 2024.
•Members of the Exchange are notified as under: Members and Vendors are requested to make a note the Exchange is providing MCXScrip.bcp file on SFTP https://sftp.mcxindia.com/ path: /Common/ContractMaster/CTCLContractMaster.
•This will contain a provisional Daily price range computed - with the previous day’s close price for the contracts available for trading w.e.f. June 10, 2024.
•For existing option contracts (statistical DPR), the Upper / Lower Daily Price Range is computed using End of Day RPF values. For new option contracts/strikes added, a provisional price range will be available.
