Labour ComplianceThe Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on June 11, 2024, notified the Public Utility Services (Seventh Order) 2024.

The following has been stated: -

•The Central Government has declared that the services engaged in the Industrial establishments manufacturing or producing Nuclear Fuel and components, Heavy Water and Allied Chemicals, and Atomic Energy, to be a public utility service for the purposes of the Act for a further period of six months with effect from 28th June, 2024.
