The Government of Haryana on June 07, 2024, notified the Haryana Liquor License (Amendment) Rules, 2024 to further amend the Haryana Liquor License Rules, 1970.
They shall come into force with effect from June 12, 2024.
The following has been stated-
•Rule 24 stands amended which states scale of fixed fees.
•Rule 27-A stands amended.
•Rule 36-A stands amended which states [ Procedure for grant of licenses by tender. [Substituted by Notification No. S.O. 30/P.A. 1/1914/S. 59/2012, dated 30.3.2012 (w.e.f. 7.3.1970).].
•Rule 37 stands amended which states Every license under these rules is granted subject to the conditions set forth in this rule.
