The Excise and Taxation Department, of Haryana on June 07, 2024, issued the Punjab Liquor Permit and Pass (Haryana Amendment) Rules, 2024, to further amend the Punjab Liquor Permit and Pass Rules, 1932.
This shall come into force on June 12, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• In rule 2(a), in the second proviso, serial no. 6 shall be substituted with "6. Cider ₹2 Per Bulk Litre.".
• In rule 2(a), in the third proviso, serial no. 3 shall be substituted with "3. Imported Foreign Liquor (Bottled in Origin) Whisky ₹20Per Bulk Litre.".
