The Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, (MCAFPD) on June 11, 2024, issued notification amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution number S.O. 371(E), dated the February 08, 2017 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii).
The following has been stated-
•In the said notification,- (a) in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the words, figures and letters “by 30th June, 2024”, the words, figures and letters “by 30th September, 2024” shall be substituted;
•In paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (1), for the words, figures and letters “by 30th June, 2024”, the words, figures and letters “by 30th September, 2024” shall be substituted.
