The Government of Haryana on June 07, 2024, issued the Punjab Excise Fiscal (Haryana Amendment) Orders, 2024, to further amend the Punjab Excise Fiscal Orders, 1932.
The following amendment has been stated:
• In order 1, for the existing table, the following table shall be substituted.
• In order 2, for clause (a) and entries there against, the following clause and entries there against shall be substituted, namely:
o Wine - Rs. 15.00 per bulk litre
• In order 5, for the existing clauses and entries there against, the following clauses and entries there against specified in the Table shall be substituted.
• In order 5A, for clause (i) and entries there against, the following clause and entries there against shall be substituted, namely:
o Ready to Drink Beverages – Rs. 25.00 per bulk litre
This notification will come into force from June 12, 2024.
