Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on June 12, 2024, issued a Corrigendum to Notification No. 16/2024-25 dated June 06, 2024, on enabling provisions for the import of inputs that are subjected to mandatory Quality Control Orders (QCOs) by Advance Authorisation holders, EOU and SEZ.

The following amendment has been stated:

• The words '2.30(A) (i) (g)' in the fifth line of Paragraph 1 and in the table thereunder shall be read as '2.03(A) (i) (g)'.
