The Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB) on June 04, 2024, issued a circular regarding disposal of the E-Waste.
The following has been stated: -
•The bulk consumers of E-Waste are required to dispose of their E-Waste through the board-authorized dismantler/ PRO from time to time.
•The dismantlers/PRO shall maintain a record of e-waste collected, dismantled, and sent to authorized recycler and make such record available for scrutiny by the Central Pollution Control Board and the concerned State Pollution Control Board.
