Labour ComplianceThe Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) on June 12, 2024, issued the Public Utility Services (Ninth Order) 2024.

The Central Government hereby declares the services engaged in the industry of defence establishments, to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act for a further period of six months with effect from June 24, 2024.

It shall come into force from June 24, 2024.
