The U.T. Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu on May 31, 2024, issued a notification regarding the violation of fire prevention and fire safety measures.
This notice shall come into force from the date of issue of this notice. Since it is not possible to serve this notice individually, it is hereby issued ex-parte and shall be circulated in print, electronic and social media for the information of all concerned. Any violation of this behalf shall be dealt with under the relevant provisions of law.
It is directed to apply for the fire NOC and renewal of fire NOC, comply with the fire safety measures within 01 months from the date of receipt this notice and various inventory materials, storage and temporary structures erected in marginal open spaces may also be removed immediately as per approved plan for fire brigade access at all time failing which deemed fit action will be taken against defaulters in accordance of relevant Act & Rule which should be noted.
