EHS Compliance The UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu on June 11, 2024, notified to submit the Annual Report in Form-IV for the Year of 2023 from January to December with Accident reporting in Form-I (including NIL report) under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 at the earliest.

In view of the above, it is directed to ensure timely submission of the Annual report in (Form- IV) as per BMW Rules, 2016 to the office of the undersigned on or before June 30, 2024.
