The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (HPERC) on June 11, 2024, issued the Draft Amendment in Model Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for Solar PV Power Project(s) in the State of Himachal Pradesh.
The following has been stated:
• The Commission in due discharge of the mandate under clauses (b) and (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003, proposes amendment/modification in the Principal Model PPA for solar PV power generation annexed at Annexure - “II”.
The Comments and suggestions of the stakeholders on the above proposal are invited by July 10, 2024. The objections or suggestions, if any, should be addressed to the Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, Vidyut Aayog Bhawan, Block 37, SDA Complex, Kasumpti, Shimla - 171009.
