The Government of Karnataka on June 11, 2024, issued the Karnataka Government (Allocation of Business) (Amendment) Rules, 2024, to further amend the Karnataka Government (Allocation of Business) Rules,1977.
The following has been stated:
• In Schedule II, which states “Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms”, under the sub-heading “A. Public Services”, in serial number 6, after the words “District Superintendents of Police”, the words “and all officers of the rank of Head of a Department” shall be inserted.
This notification will come into force from June 11, 2024.
