Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on June 12, 2024, issued the Public Utility Services (Tenth Order) 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Central Government hereby declares the services engaged in the Coal industry, to be a public utility service

• The services are declared for the next six months with effect from June 28, 2024.

This shall come into force on June 28, 2024
