The Government of Goa on June 20, 2024, issued the Goa Town and Country Planning (Change of zone of land in the Regional Plan or the Outline Development Plan) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2024, to further amend the Goa Town and Country Planning (Change of zone of land in the Regional Plan or the Outline Development Plan) Rules, 2024.
The following amendment has been stated:
• For the existing Schedule, which states “Rate of processing fee and rate of fee for change of zone”, the following Schedule shall be substituted as specified in the Table.
This notification will come into force from June 20, 2024.
