The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 21, 2024, notified regarding the Reminder for submission of the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It is in reference to Exchange notice no. 20240412-45, dated April 12, 2024, 20240426-69 dated April 26, 2024, and 20240530-8 dated May 30, 2024, requiring all trading members to carry out a complete internal audit for the half year ended March 31, 2024.
• It is stated that members shall submit the Internal Audit Report on or before June 30, 2024, through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System) in the prescribed format and comply with the regulatory requirements to avoid any penal charges/disciplinary action for the non/late submission of the report.
