The Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on June 21, 2024, issued a circular regarding registration of Lines of Business (LOBs) on FINNET 2.0.
The following has been stated: -
•This is regarding Exchange Circular No. MCX/MEM/707/2022 dated December 08, 2022, on “Registration of the Reporting Entities (REs) on FINnet 2.0 system and compliance to the Supplementary Guidelines issued by FIU in 2022”, wherein all the registered Stock Brokers (Trading members) were required to be registered in FINnet 2.0 system.
•The members registered with SEBI and other regulators in multiple capacities, are requested to complete the registration on the FINNET 2.0 portal mandatorily as soon as possible, and also update all the lines of its business, if not already done.
