The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on June 21, 2024, notified regarding the reminder for submission of the System Audit Report for the period ended March 31, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It is in reference to Exchange circular no. NSE/INSP/61770, dated April 26, 2024, requiring all the members to submit the System Audit Report for the period ended March 31, 2024, to the Exchange on or before June 30, 2024.
• It states that the submission is mandatory for all the members as per the applicability criteria provided in Annexure A given in the above-mentioned circular.
• It states that the submission shall be made electronically through the ENIT Member Portal on or before the due date, to avoid any penal/disciplinary action.
