Industry Specific Compliance The National Stock Exchange International Exchange (NSE IX) on June 21, 2024, notified regarding the Amendments to the Exchange Byelaws.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that the provisions of the NSE IFSC Limited Byelaws of the Exchange have been amended to the extent as provided in Annexure 1 - Amendments to the Byelaws.

• It states that these amendments shall come into force on June 15, 2024.
