The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on June 21, 2024, issued a Reminder for the submission of the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2024.
The following has been stated:
• The members are reminded to submit the Internal Audit Report on or before June 30, 2024, through the Inspection module in the Member Portal in the prescribed format and comply with the regulatory requirements to avoid any penal charges/disciplinary action for the non/late submission of the report in accordance with Exchange Circular Ref. No. NSE/INSP/53530 dated September 02, 2022.
