The Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCX) on June 21, 2024, issued the Reminder on the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit of Trading Members.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The timelines to undertake the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit for the specified period through the System Auditor appointed as per Auditor Selection Norms and to submit the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report (CSCR) to the Exchange have been stated in the notification.
• Members are required to submit the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report online through Member Portal.
• Terms of Reference (ToR) – Type I, II & III are incorporated in the online Member portal, and ‘Cyber Security & Resilience Audit Reporting – help file’ is available on the CSCR online portal.
• All Trading members are requested to take note that, for each non-compliance reported by the auditor, trading members are required to submit a corrective action taken report as per the stated timelines. On review of details of corrective action submitted by trading members. the auditor shall submit the status of compliance as Compliant or Non-Compliant.
