The Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCX) on June 24, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Delivery & Invoices Settlement Schedule for July 2024 expiry contracts.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Delivery and Invoices Settlement Schedule for the contracts expiring in the month of July 2024 are attached as Annexure 1 & Annexure 2 to this circular. The schedule defines the following:
o Timelines for pay-in/ pay-out of funds and commodities.
o Mode of delivery settlement for the commodities.
o Invoices settlement timelines for the commodities.
• Members are advised to adhere to the timelines for submission of delivery-related documentation and ensure that the tax invoices along with the supporting documents are made available to the respective buyers.
