The following has been stated: - 

•With reference to State Government, Government of Punjab Notification No. 13/46/2020-5H4/1206 Dated July 21, 2023 extension of the provisions of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 has been granted to the classes of establishments specified in the Schedule below.
