The Ministry of Mines on June 24, 2024, issued a notification regarding the amendment in a notification.
The following has been stated-
The Central Government, after consultation with the Government of Rajasthan, hereby makes the In the said notification, in the table, serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted, amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Mines, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 1220(E), dated December 19, 2018.
This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette
