The Government of Karnataka on June 15, 2024, issued the notification regarding Notification No. FD 97 CSL 2021, dated November 04, 2021, regarding the Rate of Tax.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Table has been amended namely: -
o Against Sl. No. 1, in Column (3), for the words and figures “twenty five point nine two percent (25.92%)”, the words and figures “twenty nine point eight four percent (29.84%)” shall be substituted.
o Against Sl. No.2, in Column (3), for the words and figures “Fourteen point three four percent (14.34%)”, the words and figures “eighteen point four four percent (18.44%)” shall be substituted.
This notification shall come into force on June 15, 2024.
