The Finance Department, Jharkhand on June 25, 2024, issued the SOP to Change Management System in various modules of the IFMS System.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that on receiving the application to change in any module of the IFMS System from the PMU Cell or other branches, shall be sent to the Deputy Secretary of the PMU Branch.
• It states that the application received under the Change Management System shall be classified into two categories:
o Major changes - Government process change, Changes in Government Policy, and New equipment or technology migration.
o Minor changes - Fixing any bugs/errors, New requirements of users/stakeholders, and Performance or reliability improvement.
